The Challenge

Listings were hard to filter, pages took over six seconds to load on mobile, and the enquiry form converted poorly.

Our Strategy

We restructured the information architecture around how buyers actually search — location first, then budget, then configuration — and rebuilt the front end for speed.

The Solution

A Next.js front end with server-rendered listing pages, map search, saved searches and a two-step enquiry form wired directly into their CRM.

The Results

Qualified leads increased 250% within one quarter while cost per lead dropped by a third.

Understanding the buyer

We interviewed twelve recent buyers and mapped the questions they asked before booking a site visit. Those questions became the structure of every listing page.

Rebuilding for speed

Server components, image optimisation and a tuned database cut median load time from 6.2s to 1.4s on 4G.
