Engagements

Project scope, deliverables, timelines and payment terms are defined in the individual proposal and agreement signed for each engagement.

Intellectual property

Website content is owned by Codidot IT Solutions. Deliverables produced for a client transfer to that client on final payment.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
